I just want you to know how impressed I am with Sabrena. Last week we stopped by your Webster store for a gas pump for our side door. We do not have a Jayco so the set up is a bit different.  Sabrena figured out a remedy and even marked where to drill the new holes for us. She answered some other questions and never made us feel silly or stupid asking questions. A few days later we had an unrelated problem so we called Sabrena!  She got back to us promptly although we had figured it out ourselves. We will need new coach batteries soon and because of her will be buying them from you!

Today reaffirmed why my wife and I deal with Johnston RV. I took our small pop-up for inspection and wheel bearing lubrication, and while I was waiting talked with a sales consultant Ron Evershed, I explained that my wife and I were looking to some day move to a slightly bigger non-popup style. He had just received a trade-in yesterday, Ron was awesome when he and I toured the trailer and long story short we purchased the trailer. Just wanted to give a shout out to JRV Country for AGAIN stepping up to the plate for your RV customers. Having purchased our RV in May of 2019 from your Webster store, we have been truly impressed by the service your team has provided since that day. Adam Keller AGAIN, came through for us when he arranged on site service for our unit at our permanently camping site in a timely fashion. (we are unable to bring this beast to your location). Our furnace was not functioning properly, and the electric side of our hot water tank was not functioning at all. Having my 88-year-old mother-in-law residing with us while staying at the park made the heat issue even more challenging, but again, JRV did what JRV does best.   Adam did an outstanding job of quickly scheduling a service call, made sure the tech was completely aware of our issues, and insured Mark (technician) had everything he needed to do the job correctly. Your technician Mark was professional, courteous, and made sure to explain in detail, everything he was testing, repairing, and GUARANTEEING operational prior to leaving our location.   Having done business with other RV dealers throughout our camping years, I can tell you that we’ve NEVER experienced the courteous, and professional way your team has treated us during, and long after the sale!   So, when others ask Shari & I where we purchased our unit, we gladly tell them “We purchased our unit at the only RV dealership we’ll ever visit again. Johnston RV”, and gladly tell them why!   Again Aaron, thank you for having a team in place that truly exemplifies customer service, family values, and integrity.   We appreciate you, your team, and all you’ve done for us since becoming part of the JRV family!

I am writing to recognize the staff at Johnston RV Country in Webster, NY. I work in the customer service industry and the staff at Johnston RV are incredible, they went above and beyond with their customer service. We traveled 3 1/2 hours from home to purchase our new Northpoint 311 RKTS. Our truck broke down at the dealership and the staff took care of us arranging for a local garage to pick it up and fix it for us. I do not know if Jayco recognizes staff for outstanding performance, but if you do, please make sure Tony Karpien, Jay Wasserman, James Jones, and Eric the technician are recognized. We are glad to be back in a Jayco, and glad we chose Johnston RV Country in Webster NY to be our Jayco dealer!

Hello, On August 19, my wife and I purchased a preveiously enjoyed 2007 Rockwood 2603 travel from your Palmyra location. When we did the final walkthrough, my wife noticed a soft spot just inside the rear door. Because it was late in the day,Ryan told us that if we can bring it back, they would fix it for us. Since it is a half hour each way, I told him that if it was a simple fix, I'd take care of it instead of going through 2 more round trips back to Palmyra. He told me just to slip a piece of luan under the rug and it would probably be fine. The next day I started working on it and discovered that the problem was much more extensive, and called Ryan. He said to send him pictures and he'd let me know when to bring it in for a fix. He called me a little later and said to bring the trailer in, no questions asked, and no charge. I brought our trailer in a day or so later and Ryan, Mark, Steve, and Chad all looked at the problem. A few days they said and all will be repaired. Chad replaced the floor in the bedroom area and covered it with nice linoleum (as we requested).I can't say enough good things about your entire staff at your Palmyra store. They all went out of their way to make sure we we taken care of and completely satisfied. Mike Schute, Ryan, Mark, Mike, and especially, Chad, who walked me through every square inch of the trailer to be sure ALL my questions and concerns were addressed. You have a great staff out there, thank you.

Hi James and Tony at Johnston RV in Webster,Just wanted to give you an update on the alignment situation with the Greyhawk RV. I took the RV to Hawk Frame and Axle this morning. Another GREAT bunch of folks to work with !! They checked it out, and found it was out of alignment. They then proceeded to align the vehicle. The results so far driving the RV, the alignment seems to have made quite a bit of difference. Per his instructions, I also emailed the invoice to Bill Isley at Jayco for reimbursement. Within a half hour he replied and confirmed the reimbursement. Throughout this process, he has also really demonstrated great customer service. Between you folks at Johnston, Bill at Jayco, and Hawk, the service has been wonderful, and I have to say at this point that I am very glad I purchased at Johnston's RV. Thanks.

First, your dealerships are by far the farthest from my home in Herkimer, NY. On a lark, I used your internet contact form to get a "sale price" for a Jayco 28BHBE. My first personal contact was with Jeff Briggs (sales rep in Webster, NY) and we discussed my wishes on the RV I wanted. He was honest enough to say that the in-stock units could not discount them to a point he would feel comfortable while selling me options I did not want. That was an honest admission and I appreciate that. He took an order form and we itemized the options I knew I wanted. This was important that he took the time to understand what my family wanted. To be fair, I have looked at all the others dealers within the area, including 2 more that carried Jayco's. One had a quote that was just too high compared to yours for a similarly ordered item. The other dealer almost demanded to know the final price I was quoted by Jeff. When I approximated it to them, they actually laughed. Then they brought the sales manager out and he insisted that Jeff's quote was wrong because it was "impossible", I would be "chasing my tail" in going to your place. Finally, he said when I did go to your place, I should ask for the "manager of fantasy deals". Needless to say that I had no intention of returning there..... ever. The following day, I saw Jeff and showed him, and Sales Manager Dave Cali, the interior and exterior videos of our trade. Sure enough, Jeff stood by his quote. No hidden fees or charges! Overall, I found that dealing with your sales team was a very positive experience. They were a pleasure to deal with and really took my family's needs into consideration.. Additionally, you offered a very attractive deal right from the start that did not waste my time wheeling and dealing and treated us with respect and friendliness at every contact.

We just purchased a new tow behind from Johnston RV and had an issue with the rear stabilizer jacks not working. The service manager had a new motor remover from an in stock camper and had us back camping again in 2 days rather than 2 weeks waiting for a new motor for our stabilizers. We bought a class c last aug. After using it acouple times, one of the slideouts began to rip up the floor and didnt close properly. The cost to fix it would be 1500 to 2000 dollars! It had to be fixed, so we dropped the rig off during the winter. When we went to pick the RV up, our bill was less than $60. The warranty covered some of the repairs. Johnston RV covered the rest! So a big thumbs up to Johnston RV for backing your products.

I knew nothing about them and I'm sure this summer is going to be interesting.As a business owner I know you don't get as many good reports as you do complaints. I will also just get to the point; In person I have talked with Tony, Eric and Jay in Webster and two different guys in Palmyra. Also, a couple others in passing. I have to say how amazing everyone has been to work with. All my questions were answered, everyone went out of their way to help me when needed and everyone is so knowledgeable about the product you sell. It has been a pleasure to do business with you. Thank you for helping to make my large purchase and easy one.I will say one little thing that I don't think was a huge deal, but when calling, no matter which number I choose I haven't gotten someone to pick up often. However I do get the call back later, but later I'm usually busy during the day. Small stuff though.Again, I thank you and look forward to speaking to all those guys again. I'm sure I'll be needing stuff to set my camper up since I've never done this before.

April 17, 2016. Dear Mr. Johnston, I must complement both of your locations, Palmyra and Webster, for what I consider "going above a beyond" for a customer. What happen to me last week is proof positive why I have purchased three RV's for Johnston RV Country. Preparing to leave in an hour for my second trip with a new 2016 Rockwood fifth wheel, I discovered that the refrigerator would not work. The fuse was blown so I replaced it and it blew immediately. The disappointment on my grandsons face was excruciating to see. I called Mark Dinehart in Palmyra where I picked up the RV three weeks ago. He made a call to the Webster location, which I live much closer to, and within ten minutes he had an appointment for me there so they could diagnose my problem. I arrived in Webster and James Jones had my RV taken in immediately. He was talking to my grandson and could see the disappointment on his face that his first trip with grandpa's RV was not going to happen. However, within ten minutes a tech diagnosed the factory wiring defect and within another ten minutes it was fixed and on our way. I would like to give out a big "thanks" to these two men for making our trip to Elkhart, Indiana and the RV Hall of Fame a successful one. My grandson had a blast! An RV can be purchased anywhere, but service like this is why I keep going back to Johnston RV Country, and will continue to send people to you. Thank you!
