The support of our Shriners Hospitals for Children enable those afflicted with orthopedic or burn related injuries to walk, play, and enjoy life to its fullest.

Dear Mr. Johnston,
We would like to take an opportunity to say about your employees, Tony Karpien from the Webster store. It is hard for us to express our excitement in purchasing a used 5th wheel trailer.
Tony have been professional fantastic and have been supportive to us, as their preferred customers when we purchased the used 5th wheel, which is not our first.
Tony gave us some advises on the weights of the trailer that can be pulled by my truck. He knows most of the trailers and gave us lots of advises/options on each trailer. We were fortunate to select on which we liked most.
Tony was willing to work with us financially. Also, he helped us with a time frame to pay it off. it worked out marvelously for all of us.
We wanted to express out thoughts on what they did to us. Tony made sure that they put us under their wings until we reached our dream.
We feel their motto is "HOLD THE DREAM AND LIVE THE DREAM, NOW THE DREAM BECOMES REALITY" by not losing our dream and hope. We are pleased that they have earned out trust as we earn theirs.

We just wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased we were to receive such wonderful results from a request that we had put in with Dave Cali regarding a redo of some of the pictures in the photo gallery on the website. We had asked Dave to retake two of the original photos due to some staging issues to make it look more appealing to a potential buyer. We were pleasantly surprised to see that he retook just about all of them and even added extras to show off the positive attributes that our trailer has. Now it looks more impressive than ever and we feel that this will attract more interest. I know that this may seem trivial to most, but I also know what attracts me as a potential buyer and aesthetics is one factor. Recently my wife and I were out to your Dealership in Webster, N.Y. We had been looking for a new camper at some of the other area dealers. I would like to say my first impression of your dealership was a Salesman named Tony, he asked what we were looking for and what our Towing vehicle was. We have not had any other dealer ask that, Tony took the time to research what are towing capacity was and explain why it was important. This was important to me because the last camper we had the dealer did not ask or about or towing capacity and we ruined our transmission on the the first trip out, which cost us a price of a new truck.

After Tony showed us the campers we were interested in, he then again double checked the towing capacity and worked very hard to get us the best possible deal. My wife and I walked out of your Dealership on a Saturday afternoon very pleased with the way we were treated and the Professional Service we received, we will recommend you to family and friends who are looking for a new or used RV. We are and will enjoy or Jayco 28 BHS for many years to come.
